2007-08-15 - STX Services hires trading team from EnBW
Amsterdam – 15 august 2007 – STX Services, a subsidiary of Ekwienox Ltd, hires trading team from EnBW.
Jan Lueddeke and Lars van der Laan resigned from EnBW Trading GmBH and are set to join STX Services in October 2007 to become responsible for STX’ trading activities.
The Amsterdam based company STX Services provides customized solutions to its clients in the environmental market. STX Services is a subsidiary of Ekwienox, a strategic holding company run by former Group CEO of Prebon Yamane.
As of October 2007 STX Services will expand its activities with products and services related to the European electricity market. “We are very pleased with the recruitment of this experienced trading team”, Tim van der Noordt, Managing Director of STX Services said: “This team will add a substantial amount of relevant knowledge to our company and optimize the synergies between Carbon and Electricity price-exposure of our customers”.
Lars van der Laan comments: ”Jan and I are looking forward to commence our activities at STX. We see a lot of growth opportunities by adding our trading experience to the customer base of STX Services”.
