2005-06-01 - ASPone Ltd Signs Deal With RPMartins
ASPone Ltd has recently signed a 3 year agreement with RP Martin brokers. The deal includes the provision of IT products and services across the diverse FX and Money Market instrument set currently traded by RP Martins. ASPone have been working closely with the Management team to provide extensive IT services to support the key business areas, successfully delivering major improvements in areas such as:
1. Market Data Distribution - ASPone are working with RP Martins to implement the Content Integration Platform, thereby reducing data costs.
2. Straight Through Processing - ASPone have worked in collaboration with Reuters on behalf of RP Martins to provide an industry leading STP solution, which will be launched throughout the market in December 2005.
3. Hosting Services - ASPone have implemented a hosted service for RP Martins critical trading systems and will soon offer a complete Disaster Recovery suite.
4. Trading Platform - RP Martins and ASPone have worked together on the successful launch of the Sterling short date trading system.
RP Martins have benefited from the ASPone partnership by augmenting their existing IT group with market leading products and services which have reduced cost and improved time-to-market opportunity.
